Consultation Support - General (Level 1 & 2) MONTHLY

General (level 1 & 2) support is for simple and complex challenges that need general guidance/tool support to resolve. These are great for most challenges when you need some outside perspective or are unsure what the next steps could be. 

This level of support is approximately 10-15 contacts a month for support. We are currently a small staff and able to provide a staff response within 3 days (excluding weekends). An automated response will be sent after submission and followed up by the one of our staff.

We offer a range of specialized support tailored to meet your individual needs. Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you and your challenge need, providing effective and practical solutions. Levels 1, 2, & 3 are used internally to our operations & support routing. Our goal is to provide feedback in a style that fits you best and will be refining our process as our customers identify their needs. You have the option to be modify your support at any time.
