After years of navigating the intricate world of change management at powerhouse companies like Amazon Web Services and Costco, I decided to swap my corporate career for a more fulfilling path in 2023. While I loved the challenge of identifying impacts and devising custom strategies to support teams through transitions, I realized my true passion lay in empowering people on a personal level. With a knack for simplifying complex processes, I now dedicate my energy to developing practical programs designed to tackle everyday challenges. My path has equipped me with a wealth of experience in global project management, and I take pride in crafting user-friendly tools that require little prior knowledge. I feel incredibly fulfilled when I see others thrive, and I’m excited to share my insights and experiences to help individuals navigate their unique challenges, one step at a time.
At Impact Consulting & Mentoring, we realize that challenges are not linear; our tools take this into account. The plan doesn't always meet the actual situation; our tools take that into account too. The person leading the effort may not have the skill or understanding to start; we cover that too. Our tools are built for people to use in their daily life and the roles they have in professional or other arenas. They are meant to improve the person's experience and build skills they can use in other aspects of their life.
Life is busy, our goal is to get you some time back even when a challenge requires skilling up to conquer. The right tool for the job is what we are going for when you use our products.
